About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Gepps Cross showroom. This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored flooring and window furnishing solutions.

As Sales Consultant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional showroom experiences from initial enquiry through to sale
- Help customers select the right flooring and window furnishing solutions for their home
- Build quotations and confidently close sales
- Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Work collaboratively with installers and the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Build your product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales culture
What you'll bring
- Previous sales experience within carpet, flooring or window furnishings desirable
- A consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Confidence working towards sales targets and achieving results
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for helping customers bring their vision to life
- A proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Experience within home improvement, interiors, furniture or renovation products will also be highly regarded
