With an impressive portfolio of high-end residential projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, this is an chance to work with a premium property brand and showcase some of Queensland's standout developments.

The Role:
This is a hands-on creative position where you'll capture, edit and produce engaging content across the business's social media channels. From construction progress and completed developments to behind-the-scenes moments, you'll bring projects to life through photography, video and visual storytelling. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of content production and strengthen the brand's digital presence. Key

Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photography and video across developments, construction sites, offices and events.
- Film and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content showcasing projects and the people behind the business.
- Manage content from concept and filming through to editing, scheduling and publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency,



monitor engagement and stay across emerging social media trends.

About You: You're a creative, hands-on content professional who enjoys turning ideas into polished, engaging content. You understand what works across social media and take pride in producing high-quality visual content.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in content creation, videography, social media or a similar role.
- Strong video editing skills, particularly in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- A portfolio showcasing your photography, video editing and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing high-quality photo and video content for digital platforms.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement and current trends.
- A creative eye, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in property, construction, architecture or interiors would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
