Ready to run the show?
We're looking for a hands-on Store Person who wants more than just a job. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the stores function and become a key part of a growing engineering and manufacturing business where your contribution genuinely matters.

- Becoming the go-to person for all stock control, receivals and dispatch
- Keeping inventory accurate, organised and running like a well-oiled machine
- Ensuring tradespeople have the materials and components they need to get the job done
- Operating forklifts and managing loading and unloading activities safely
- Completing local deliveries and maintaining great relationships with suppliers and customers
- Lending a hand wherever needed across the workshop, yard and office
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes and support business growth
Who we’re looking for
You'll be the kind of person who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You're organised, proactive, and take pride in running an efficient stores operation that keeps the workshop moving.
To succeed in this role, you'll:
- Have experience in stores, warehousing, or inventory management within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
- Enjoy creating order from chaos and keeping stock accurate and well organised
- Be confident working independently and managing your own priorities
- Look for better ways of doing things and enjoy improving systems and processes
- Thrive in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same
- Be a team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
- Understand that when the stores run smoothly, the whole business runs smoothly
Essential Requirements
- A current Forklift Licence
- A current Manual Driver's Licence
- Solid computer skills and confidence using inventory management systems
- The ability to work in a physically active role
- A positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to get stuck in
