A modern, privately owned practice in north Brisbane is looking for an experienced Dentist to take on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the potential for more days over time.

The clinic is only a few years old and has four surgeries, two currently in use with further chairs being added as the group grows. Equipment includes CBCT, OPG, digital X-ray and a same-day CAD/CAM crowns system, and there is an on-site lab upstairs for mouthguards, retainers and whitening trays. 3D printable models are on the way.

The owner is not a dentist and runs a relaxed practice without the heavy KPI pressure common in larger corporate groups. Dentists are paid well, with commission starting at 40 percent, and the owner is clear about wanting to invest in the right people for the long term.

About You
You are an experienced Dentist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights, ideally with 2 years+ post-graduate experience in Australia.



Broad general dentistry, including restorative work, is required, and you are comfortable working independently across a wide scope of treatments.

Cosmetic and digital dentistry experience, including CAD/CAM, would be viewed favourably. You value a well-equipped, relaxed environment, are comfortable working with a practice owner who is not a dentist, and are looking to settle rather than move on after a short time.

The clinic sits in a family-oriented part of Brisbane's northern suburbs, with creek-side bike paths, parks, everyday shopping and local state schools close by. It is a convenient place to work and live, with everything needed within a short drive.
