Graduate / Final-Year Civil Engineer – Land Development | Brisbane

Are you graduating in 2026, have recently completed your Civil Engineering degree, or are currently in your final year? Looking to kick-start your career in Land Development?

People8 is partnering with a well-established Brisbane-based engineering consultancy specialising in civil and structural engineering, land development and infrastructure design.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate or final-year student to gain practical industry experience while working alongside experienced engineers on real projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist with civil engineering design for residential, commercial and land development projects.
- Support stormwater drainage, earthworks, road design and subdivision projects.
- Assist with engineering drawings, technical documentation and design calculations.
- Gain exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D and 12d Model.
- Work closely with senior engineers and designers on project delivery.

What We're Looking For





- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, OR graduated in 2026.
- Genuine interest in civil engineering, particularly land development.
- Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Currently residing in Australia with valid working rights permitting the required hours.
- Student visa holders are not eligible for this prospect.
- Overseas applicants requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.
