About the job
Established in 2011, Centennial is a leading property investment management group focused on unlocking value from mispriced or misunderstood real estate assets in the industrial and logistics, retail and boutique living sectors. With a team of over 60 professionals based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, Centennial acquires, develops and actively manages real estate, delivering high-quality spaces for its customers and superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
Our Capital team sits at the centre of how Centennial raises capital and partners with investors, across institutional capital partnerships and our wholesale open-ended and syndicated funds. This is where you come in.

Why Centennial?
Centennial was founded in 2011 to fill a gap in the market: commercial assets too large for most private investors, but too hands-on for the major fund managers. Today we are a leading independent Australian property investment manager, with $2.8 billion in assets under management, 63 assets across Australia and an active ~$1 billion development pipeline. We invest alongside our investors, pairing the governance of a large real estate group with the agility of a private investment house.
That lets us move quickly when the right opportunity arises, and you'll be part of it.
In a team of more than 60 people across four offices, your work is visible from day one. You'll have direct access to senior leaders, mentoring from experienced property professionals, structured feedback and clear progression pathways. You'll also build practical capability in capital raising, investor relations and market research. We support hybrid working and focus on outcomes.
Centennial is committed to inclusive and accessible recruitment. If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage, please contact
