Mentoring that actually happens.

- A structured new grad program that walks you through your first year step by step, from clinical reasoning and caseload building to communication and clinic systems
- Extra support when you need it. Have a tricky patient or an unsure moment? Senior help is a phone call or a knock on the door away
- Mentoring from our Senior Physiotherapist and Team Leader, plus our Masters-qualified APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 25+ years’ experience
- Weekly clinical education and case-based learning sessions
- 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-ups, so you have time to assess, think and educate
- We're looking for a Physio to join our growing team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our community.

About You

- Recent or final-year graduate (Bachelor, Masters or Doctor of Physiotherapy)
- Curious, coachable and happy to ask questions
- Warm with people and committed to good outcomes
- Enjoys building strong relationships with patients
- Brings positivity, professionalism and energy to the workplace
- Works well independently and within a team
- Values continuous learning and professional development
