The Role

Reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll create the visuals customers see in our emails, paid social, website, in-store screens, campaigns, activations and events. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and our Content and Digital Marketing teams to turn briefs into polished, on-brand creative that looks good and performs.

What you’ll be doing

- Designing high-impact creative across digital (email, paid social, site), in-store screens, campaign rollouts, activations and events
- Taking briefs and making them visually engaging, and asking the right questions so the work hits both creative and business goals
- Managing your own workflow and delivering on time in a fast-moving team
- Joining brainstorms and pitching ideas that push our campaigns further
- Applying the Culture Kings brand guidelines so everything looks cohesive and premium
- Keeping across design, fashion and culture trends, and bringing fresh inspiration to the team

What you’ll bring

- Experience as a Graphic Designer,



ideally in retail, fashion, e-commerce or an agency
- A strong portfolio that shows digital and campaign work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) [+ Figma / motion skills if relevant]
- A sharp eye for detail and work that’s right the first time, so it needs few revisions
- Experience designing for performance, such as email, banners and paid social, and an understanding of what drives clicks
- Strong organisation, including tidy, well-structured files
- Clear communication and the ability to take feedback and work well with others
- A real passion for streetwear, music, sport and culture
