About the role
You'll own our in-store visual comms end to end. That means designing signage, posters, window graphics, POS and campaign visuals for our stores, getting quotes, briefing printers, checking proofs and chasing jobs through, coordinating delivery and install so every store has what it needs when it needs it, and keeping our store look consistent as we grow. This isn't a "sit at a desk and push pixels" job.
One day you might be in Illustrator, the next you're in your car dropping signage to a store and checking it looks right on the wall. You'll be the person who makes it happen, start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Design signage, posters, window graphics, POS and campaign visuals for stores
- Get quotes, brief printers, check proofs and chase jobs through
- Coordinate delivery and install so every store has what it needs, when it needs it
- Keep store look consistent as we grow
- Run multiple print jobs at once without dropping any
About you
- Solid graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) and a portfolio showing print or signage work
- Understanding of print production: file setup, bleed, stock, finishes, talking to printers without needing hand-holding
- Your own car and a valid driver's licence (store runs are part of the job)
- Treat the business like it's your own and care about quality outcomes
- Follow through on commitments and deadlines without needing to be chased
- Communicate clearly and directly, figuring out what matters and getting on with it
- Find solutions when challenges arise, such as printer issues or brief changes
- Think about how the whole store reads, not just individual pieces
- Speak up if something's wrong or there's a better way, and own mistakes
- Good to work with: genuine, respectful, and pitch in when someone else is under pressure
