Mad Mex Pacific Fair is looking for experienced Grill Cooks and Kitchen Team Members to join our growing team!

Located in one of the Gold Coast's busiest shopping centres, our restaurant offers an exciting, fast-paced working environment with opportunities for consistent shifts and career progression.

- Your Responsibilities
- Cooking and preparing chicken, beef and other proteins on the grill
- Preparing fresh ingredients for daily service
- Following Mad Mex recipes and portion control standards
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards




- Managing food preparation during busy service periods
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen preparation
- Keeping the grill and kitchen clean, safe and organised

- What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality or commercial kitchen experience is essential.

Experience in the following environments is highly regarded:

- Quick-service restaurants (QSR)
- Commercial kitchens
- Grill cooking and hot food preparation
- Restaurants, cafés and takeaway outlets
- Fast-paced hospitality environments

Strong weekly availability is preferred, particularly Tuesday through Sunday, including weekends.

Previous grill experience is highly regarded. Training on Mad Mex systems and procedures will be provided.
