Hurricane's Grill and Bar are seeking an enthusiastic Grill Chef, to join our fast paced kitchen in Top Ryde
Required skills & attributes:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar quick paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven & energetic
- Team player
- Effective time management skills
- Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
- Flexible availability – week days/nights and weekends
- Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
- Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
- Well presented with a friendly disposition
- Cert III or IV in commercial cookery would be advantageous
