Farmers Fresh is looking for a motivated, experienced and hands-on Grocery Manager to take ownership of our grocery department. We are seeking someone who is organised, takes initiative and understands what it takes to keep a grocery department running smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with grocery retail experience who is confident managing ordering, suppliers, stock levels, merchandising and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all grocery ordering and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and sales to ensure products are consistently available.
- Oversee deliveries, invoices, stock rotation and expiry dates.
- Maintain well-stocked shelves, accurate pricing and excellent product presentation.
- Supervise, train and manage staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed properly and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional grocery department.
- Monitor stock loss, wastage and department performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and overall department standards.

About You





- Previous grocery retail or management experience is preferred.
- Confident with ordering, stock control and supplier communication.
- Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Highly organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on and capable of working independently.
- Takes responsibility, follows through on tasks and maintains high standards.
