TTC Groups Manager - Oceania

Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-time

Lead the B2B/B2C Groups business across Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Contiki, and determine its growth and success across Australia and New Zealand.

Set the strategy, back your team to deliver it, and open new revenue streams including affinity, direct and MICE. This is a role with real commercial ownership, and you will work closely with global leadership to shape where Groups goes next. If you are commercially sharp, bold and ready to run a multi-channel business, this is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build and deliver group sales and marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels
- Own performance across all three group channels, aligning product, pricing, inventory and sales execution
- Grow MICE and incentive business, particularly through Trafalgar River group and Guide your team on pricing and development of global custom itineraries
- Deliver national training, webinars and sales enablement for Field Sales Managers and Sales Development Executives
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on collateral that drives Custom Groups and special interest business
- Represent the business at trade shows, conventions and industry events




- Use Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance and improve efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING

- A proven record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
- Robust commercial acumen in B2B, B2C and group sales strategy
- Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-channel businesses
- Confidence with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, key accounts and internal meetings
