Join our Guest Experience team in Melbourne in a hands-on, full-time role based five days a week in the office, where you'll help create polished, seamless experiences for clients, visitors and Deloitte teams. What will your typical day look like?

From premium boardroom service to event support, you'll help keep the client floor running at a high standard every day. That means overseeing room readiness, coordinating catering delivery, supporting set-ups and refreshes, and making sure each space is presentation-ready for meetings, functions and partner engagements.

Working closely with pantry teams and using daily planning sheets, you'll help manage room configurations, event timing and catering logistics so the day runs smoothly. Your work will directly shape the experience guests, clients and internal teams have when they walk through the door.

This is a floor-based role with plenty of variety and pace. You'll collaborate with partners, staff, contractors and fellow Guest Experience team members, step in to solve issues quickly, and bring a calm, qualified presence to a busy corporate environment.

About the team

Our Guest Experience team helps bring Deloitte's client and workplace experience to life. They support meetings, events and hospitality across key engagement spaces, creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients, visitors and internal stakeholders. In Melbourne, this team plays an important role in delivering premium service at 477 Collins Street while working closely together in a fast-moving and highly visible setting.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:





- Experience in hospitality, events, guest services or a similar client-facing environment
- Confidence engaging with clients, visitors, partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces and service standards high
- A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to support room set-up, catering and floor operations
- An understanding of workplace safety, security or service protocols
- Barista or premium food and beverage service experience is nice to have
