Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, a part of the Amora Hotels Group, is a 415 - room hotel located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, adjacent to Wynyard station. About the Role

We currently have a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced and motivated Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will welcome our guests with a smile and ensure their stay is nothing short of spectacular. Acting as the face of our hotel, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, provide insider tips on the hottest spots in Sydney, and make personalised recommendations.

You will collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable guest experiences.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in the 5-star hotel environment




- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate Amora's "It's a Pleasure..." guest service culture
- Be versatile to work on a 7-day rotating roster for 2x shifts per week
- Have excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Have a warm and friendly personality
- Have well-developed organisational skills complimented with a high level of attention to detail
- Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud of advantage
- Be engaging, personable and friendly, plus team oriented
