This is an exciting prospect to work with a family owned and operated national transport and warehousing company Larapinta.

We are looking for a team player who can not only carry out our local metropolitan pick ups and deliveries but assist with loading and unloading of trucks and assisting in the yard as required.

Working in a small team, your time will be varied across driving and working in the depot.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Carry out local pick ups and deliveries
- Assist with forklift loading and unloading of freight and securing loads
- Be involved with relevant paper work
- Carry out duties within set time frames and follow instructions
- Assist the team with work as required in the depot
- Comply with all WH&S; regulations

Skills and experience

- HC Licence

- Forklift licence
- Provide an up to date driving record
- Good knowledge of the Brisbane Metropolitan area

- General freight experience
- Experience loading and unloading trailers and trucks
