Head Barista – Part-Time
Three Beans Cafe – Eagle St, Brisbane CBD
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to join our team at Three Beans Cafe, Eagle St.
This is a part-time position of 25+ hours per week, suited to someone who is confident in a high-volume environment, takes pride in coffee quality, and is looking for a long-term role with a solid team.

- 2 × 2 Group La Marzocco PB machines
- Ubermilk
- Markibar Izaga GBW grinder
- Dedicated Markibar Izaga grinder for black coffee
- EK43
- Auto tamper
- Jug rinser
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience working as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume café
- Excellent understanding of grinder adjustment, dosing, distribution and brew ratios
- Strong milk texturing and latte art skills
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality during busy service
- Sound food safety and compliance knowledge
- Confident communication skills and fluent English
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork and professional approach
- A long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the team
- Availability to start from 6:00 AM
- Saturday availability
- Previous supervisory or Head Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential
As Head Barista, you’ll be expected to help maintain coffee standards, support the barista team, keep the coffee station running efficiently and contribute to a positive, professional café environment. Above-award pay available for the right candidate.
