We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.

This is a diverse role where you will have the chance to create lasting memories for our customers. We offer an a la carte menu, specialised offerings for functions and events as well as regular degustation dinners with beverage partners where you will have the chance to shine.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Positive and professional leadership
- A passion for food, presentation and service

- Experience working in busy kitchens

- Commitment to hygiene and food safety

- Excellent knowledge and commitment to creating a safe work workplace and work processes

- Trade qualification

- Availability to work hours to suit the business.
