Job Description

* Gradual increase of caseload - aim to be seeing 4 clients a day after 4 months

* Internal training in AT prescription and minor home modifications - no previous experience required

Your day to day:

You will be travelling to clients homes and conducting assessments for assistive technology and minor home modifications. You will prescribe relevant technology and liaise with stakeholders in providing this service. You will also write letters of recommendation for clients or NDIS reports that adhere to CHSP regulations, and undertake necessary and interest based training courses to support your professional development.
