Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Social Worker to provide high-quality assessment, intervention, risk management and discharge planning for adults in an inpatient mental health unit at Rockhampton Hospital.

You will work within the inpatient team to develop recovery-focused care plans, support consumers, families and carers, and mentor junior staff while contributing to models of care, governance and quality improvement.
