About this EOI

We are growing our HSEQ team and expect to bring on a number of positions over the next six months. We want to hear from motivated health, safety, environment and quality professionals now so we can move quickly when the time is right.

We are looking for people with experience in

- Site-based WHS advisory and coordination on construction or mechanical services projects, including SWMS reviews, site inspections, toolbox talks and inductions
- Incident management, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and reporting to clients and regulators
- Quality assurance and control, including ITPs, NCRs, document control, commissioning records and project handover




- Environmental management, including site environmental plans, waste and refrigerant management, and compliance with relevant legislation and client requirements
- HSEQ systems, auditing and reporting, including ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 integrated management systems, internal and external audits, and safety and quality data across multiple sites

What we are looking for across all roles

- Proven hands-on experience in a commercial, fast-moving construction or project environment, with a track record of improving safety and quality outcomes on site
- Robust attention to detail and a methodical approach to compliance and documentation
- Confidence working with data, systems and reporting tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to influence and work with site teams, subcontractors, project managers and clients
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS, auditing credentials, or equivalent experience
