If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn quickly, contribute ideas and make an impact from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Support key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes through to offboarding.
- Partner with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate employee data and support payroll activities, benefits and people programs.
- Provide responsive, people-centred support to employees and managers.
- Use data, systems and technology to help identify trends and improve the way we work.

- A growth mindset, strong initiative and genuine desire to learn and improve.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology, Social Science or other related discipline.
- Confidence working with systems, data and Microsoft Office.
Previous HR or payroll experience is helpful, but not essential. We’re equally interested in transferable skills, strong potential and the right mindset. Why Stryker?
