ProcessWorx is an HR and WHS business supporting small-to-medium businesses across Australia, with a strong focus on the agricultural sector through ProcessWorxAg. Based in WA, we’ve been helping businesses since 2012 and are growing fast, with a new office opening in Albury in 2027.

We’re looking for an experienced HR/IR Consultant to join our Perth team. You’ll deliver our consultancy services and our ProcessWorxShield HR Package to clients across Australia.

About the role

This is a varied, Perth-based role across two areas. You’ll deliver our broad range of HR and IR consultancy services, and you’ll also implement the ProcessWorxShield HR Package, which gives clients everything they need to manage HR in their business. Many of our clients don’t have internal HR support, so a big part of the role is coaching: helping business owners and managers understand their obligations, build confidence and make good decisions.

Technology is at the heart of how we work. You’ll use our proprietary ProcessWorxShield platform alongside Microsoft 365, Insightly and our own in-house developed tools to deliver smarter, more efficient service to our clients.

You’ll be

- Delivering HR and IR consultancy services to clients across Australia
- Implementing the ProcessWorxShield HR Package and tailoring it to each client
- Providing practical advice on employment relations, award interpretation, performance, conduct and workplace issues
- Coaching clients through HR/IR challenges, from day-to-day questions to complex matters
- Building strong,



long-term client relationships
- Using technology at every step of service delivery

About you

- University degree in HR, IR, Employment Relations or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and/or IR
- Solid working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a natural ability to coach and explain
- Strong IT skills and genuine comfort with technology
- A real passion for supporting smaller organisations
- Experience or background in agriculture is highly regarded
