The opportunity

Are you a people focused leader who enjoys developing teams and improving services?

Veolia is looking for an HR Services Team Leader to guide a team of HR Coordinators across multiple locations. You’ll oversee employee lifecycle activities, manage workloads and ensure employees and leaders receive accurate, timely support.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT and business leaders, you’ll use service data and feedback to resolve recurring issues and improve processes.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and develop a multi-site team of HR Coordinators
- Manage the ServiceNow queue, allocate work and monitor service levels
- Oversee accurate and timely employee lifecycle activities and HR data in SuccessFactors
- Manage priorities, escalations and team workloads
- Build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify bottlenecks and improve ways of working

What you’ll bring

- Experience leading a team in HR services, shared services or another high volume environment
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR data management
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions focused approach to improving processes
