About the role

Drive a tandem tipper, carting spoil and materials to and from sites, quarries and dumps around Adelaide. Back fill trenches and prepare for concrete pours. Install conduit. Use a leg rammer and hand tools for compaction and general labouring. Work as part of a small team, looking after the plant and equipment.

What you will need

Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence, proven experience driving a tandem tipper, good knowledge of Adelaide quarries and dumps, experience with a leg rammer and general civil labouring, white card (construction induction), competency in operating excavator or skid steer would be a bonus but isn't mandatory, ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test (ongoing testing applies).

Hours and location

Mostly local metro work, with some country jobs when required, weekend work is occasionally needed and is paid at the appropriate overtime or double-time rates (accommodation and living away allowance paid by employer).
