Truck Driver, Taxi Truck (Full-time or Subcontract), Sydney

We're a growing Sydney logistics business running taxi truck and pallet work for major transport clients. We're after reliable drivers who take pride in their driving and look after the freight like it's their own.

The role

- Driving taxi truck runs across Sydney metro, with pallet and general freight
- Our trucks include 12- and 14-pallet rigid trucks, in both automatic and manual
- Loading, securing and double-checking cargo before you leave
- Using our driver app to check in, track jobs and take photos for proof of pickup and delivery
- Doing a daily pre-start truck check and reporting any faults straight away

What you need
- MR licence (HR is a bonus), able to drive both automatic and manual
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable using a smartphone and apps
- A clean driving record and solid Sydney road knowledge
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test,



with random testing on the job
- Punctual and reliable, ready on time every morning
- Safe, patient driving, which means always checking your mirrors and never racing other trucks
- Physically fit for loading and unloading
- Forklift licence is a bonus

Work options
