HSEQT Specialist
The Role We are seeking an HSEQT Specialist to join our safety team, providing support to various sites Australia-wide and sharing their knowledge and expertise to maintain compliance across our projects. You will:
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations to maintain safety and compliance;
- Monitor environmental and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement;
- Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks and competency-based training; and
- Maintain training records and drive continuous improvement across HSEQT systems and processes.
REGISTER YOUR INTEREST About you To be successful in this role you will come with:
- Minimum five years' experience in an HSEQT Coordinator role or equivalent;
- A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (WHS);
- Strong knowledge of current safety legislation and its practical application in the workplace; and
- A hands-on, collaborative approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- INX database experience will be highly regarded.
