Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to join the Growth and Liveability team for the 2026-2027 season. The position is responsible for the effective and productive management of the Council’s Aquatic Centre and its employees.

The role includes supervising patrons, providing lifeguard services, maintaining facilities and pool systems, and training staff to meet safety regulations. It offers weekly pay, a 12% employer superannuation contribution, PPE, and ongoing development
