Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact? LJ Hooker Property South West is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused HR Manager to support our growing team of more than 85 staff across four busy offices in the South West.

LJ Hooker Property South West are an expanding real estate company within the South West of Western Australia. With 4 offices (Bunbury, Busselton, Collie & Dunsborough) our team is fast paced, energetic and keen to provide the best experience to all of our clients. We are now seeking a dedicated HR Manager who will have the ability to shape the role and assist us in our growth as we continue to expand.

With flexibility to be based out of either Bunbury or Busselton, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our HR function, work closely with the leadership team and help create a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace.

Real estate experience would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. We're looking for someone with a strong HR background, excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across a diverse team.

About the Role

As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our people and ensuring our HR processes continue to evolve alongside our business. You'll work closely with management and staff across our four offices, providing practical HR guidance and helping maintain a strong workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing the employee lifecycle,



from recruitment and onboarding through to development and offboarding.

- Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees across all four offices.

- Supporting performance management, employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.

- Maintaining HR policies, procedures, employment records and documentation.

- Helping ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, workplace policies and obligations.

- Supporting staff engagement, professional development and initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture.

- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and systems as the business continues to grow.

- Travelling between our Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Collie offices as required

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can balance the needs of employees and the business, and is comfortable operating in a busy, multi-office environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a human resources role, with the ability to provide practical, confident HR advice.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A sound understanding of employment practices, workplace policies and HR compliance.

- A proactive,



solutions-focused approach and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our leadership team.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between our four offices.

Previous real estate experience is preferred, but not essential. Experience in property, professional services, retail, hospitality or another fast-paced, people-focused industry may be equally valuable.
