The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of commercial HVAC projects while leading and supporting a team of four Project Managers.

Your responsibilities will include

- Overseeing the delivery, commercial performance and programme outcomes of HVAC projects valued between $5M and $15M.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of four Project Managers, providing direction, support and accountability.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Tier I builders, clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
- Monitoring project financials, budgets, variations, procurement, resources and contractual obligations.
- Working closely with internal engineering, drafting, site management and commissioning teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
- Identifying delivery risks and implementing strategies to maintain programme, quality, safety and profitability.
- Driving consistency across project management processes, reporting and delivery standards.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the construction team and the broader business.

About You You will be an experienced HVAC construction professional who understands what it takes to deliver complex mechanical packages within a Tier I construction environment. You may currently be a Construction Manager looking for a business that offers a strong project pipeline, capable internal teams and an opportunity to continue progressing your career.

you could be a Senior HVAC Project Manager who has successfully delivered projects of this size and is ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role.

To be successful, you will bring:

- A strong background delivering HVAC projects within a commercial mechanical contractor.
- Experience managing projects in the $5M–$15M range, ideally within Tier I builder environments.
- The ability to lead, mentor and develop Project Managers while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
- Robust commercial acumen, including financial management, contractual awareness and programme control.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with builders, clients and internal delivery teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing complex projects and competing priorities.

Experience across commercial, healthcare or data centre projects would be highly regarded. Remuneration & Development

$250,000–$275,000 total package, inclusive of base salary, superannuation and vehicle allowance.
