Know HVAC. Enjoy helping customers. Have a natural eye for sales? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional with an HVAC background who can combine product knowledge and proactive sales skills with hands-on warehouse support.

This is more than a traditional warehouse role. You’ll be working directly with customers, helping them find the right products, converting enquiries into sales and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Counter Sales & Customer Service

- Assist customers at the trade counter and respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and parts.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow customer sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and product knowledge.
- Support branch sales, margin and customer service objectives.

Warehouse & Branch Support
- Receive, check, store, pick, pack and dispatch stock.
- Assist with stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate deliveries and help ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Maintain a clean,



organised and professional branch workplace.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling stock and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

- HVAC industry experience is essential.
- Proven sales ability and a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
- Experience in counter sales, trade sales, parts or equipment sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to understand customer needs.
- A current forklift licence and practical warehouse experience.
- Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.

Highly regarded: HVACR experience, familiarity with Oracle or other inventory systems, and a current driver's licence.
