At Huon Aquaculture, we're passionate about producing some of Australia's finest salmon, and behind every great product is a team making sure our facilities are clean, safe and ready for action.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Hygiene Team in Ingleburn, Western Sydney, working overnight from 9pm to 5am.

This isn't your average cleaning job! You'll play an important role in keeping our food production facility operating at the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

When our production team finishes for the day, that's when you step in!

You'll help make sure our processing facility is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and ready for the next day's production.

Your night could include

- Cleaning and sanitising processing equipment, machinery and production areas.

- Using specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.





- Dismantling and reassembling equipment for thorough cleaning.

- Following food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.

- Completing cleaning checklists and maintaining accurate records.

- Identifying and reporting safety hazards, maintenance issues or cleaning concerns.

- Working together with your team to get everything ready for the morning shift.

It's a physical, hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic really matter.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who take pride in doing a job properly and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work!

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in industrial cleaning, food processing, manufacturing or a similar environment.

- A current Australian forklift licence.

- Confidence following cleaning procedures and safely handling chemicals.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude.

- Physical fitness, including the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks and safely lift up to 15kg.

- A genuine commitment to workplace safety, food hygiene and quality.

Previous experience in food manufacturing hygiene or sanitation would be highly regarded.
