About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Supervisor to lead field electricians across Sydney's industrial and manufacturing sectors.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining electrical troubleshooting, machine breakdown response, PLC fault-finding, preventative maintenance and day-to-day team coordination.

You'll work across a variety of industrial sites, supporting customers with complex electrical issues while coordinating technicians, prioritising jobs and maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Australian industrial experience and proven supervisory experience are essential.

Duties

- Lead, mentor and coordinate electricians and subcontractors across customer sites.
- Troubleshoot industrial breakdowns, PLC faults and automated equipment issues.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, job quotations, resources and daily work priorities.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
- Prepare SWMS and JSAs, maintain safety and quality standards, and liaise with customers and production teams.

Skills & Experience To be considered, you must have:

- Australian industrial experience: Proven experience in industrial manufacturing, maintenance or industrial field services within Australia.
- Electrical qualifications and licensing: Relevant electrical trade qualifications and a current, appropriate Australian electrical licence.
- Supervisory experience:



Demonstrated experience leading or supervising electricians or industrial field service technicians.
- Technical capability: Hands-on experience with industrial breakdowns, preventative maintenance, PLC fault-finding and automated equipment.
- Essential eligibility: A current driver's licence and Australian citizenship, as required under customer contract eligibility conditions.

Experience across FMCG, food and beverage, steel, paper, pharmaceutical or other manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
