About the role

CAMILLA AND MARC is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead all aspects of technology across our retail stores, Head Office and distribution operations.

This role is responsible for the company's IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, Microsoft environment, Apple and Windows device ecosystems, networks, telecommunications and user support. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure reliable day-to-day operations while driving technology improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience in an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager or Head of IT role
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and security expertise
- Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications
- Experience managing macOS, iOS,



Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune
- Solid networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi and firewall technologies
- Strong project management, vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
