Role Description The Instructional Designer will design, develop, maintain, and enhance learning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise Service Management processes and technologies across client projects and internal capability-building initiatives. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, Change and Project teams, and business stakeholders, the role will create engaging learning experiences, training materials, and capability uplift programs that drive user adoption and business readiness. This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Greater Sydney Area, with a mix of on-site client engagement and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Learning Needs Analysis outputs and validate role-based capability gaps and learning requirements.
- Design role-based learning pathways, curricula, and training plans aligned to business processes, system functionality, and change impacts.
- Develop high-quality learning assets including:
- eLearning modules, System simulations,



Product demonstration videos with voice-over, Quick Reference Guides, Work Instructions, Facilitator Guides, Knowledge articles and support resources
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging, accessible, and practical learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy of processes, terminology, scenarios, and learning content.
- Support key project activities including Train-the-Trainer sessions, User Acceptance Testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live learning support.
- Facilitate content reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, maintain version control, and prepare approved learning assets for publication.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning materials and knowledge resources based on business feedback, system enhancements, and adoption insights.

Qualifications

- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required police clearances.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using SAP Enable Now to design and develop learning content.
- Proven experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation or technology-enabled change programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and role-based capability development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and content development skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Experience using Microsoft Clipchamp for video creation, editing, and production of training content is highly desirable.
- Experience with WalkMe Learning or other digital learning, content-authoring, and video development tools is desirable
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes is desirable.
