Internal Sales & Warehouse Assistant

We are now seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy a mix of customer interaction and hands‑on warehouse duties, this is the perfect role for you.

About the Role In this dual role, you will support both internal sales and warehouse operations, helping ensure our customers receive the best service and our products are handled with care.

Internal Sales Responsibilities

- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person at the counter
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on enquiries
- Build strong relationships with current and existing customers




- Provide product knowledge and recommend fastener solutions
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams

About You You will succeed in this role if you have:

- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or warehousing
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems a bonus)
- A willingness to learn about fasteners and related products
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a hands‑on environment
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
