Accuweigh is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Junior Business Development Manager to join our team and build a long-term career in industrial sales.

This is an opportunity for someone who may not have extensive sales experience yet, but has the attitude, drive and resilience to learn. From the beginning you'll be trained from the ground up, gaining the product knowledge, technical understanding and sales skills to become a confident industry professional.

You'll goal will be to work directly with customers to understand their operations, identify challenges and introduce weighing solutions that genuinely make a difference to the way their businesses operate.

The role

This is a structured, on-the-road sales role where you'll spend time visiting customers, developing relationships, learning the industry and building your sales capability.

With full training and support provided, you'll progressively take ownership of your own customer relationships and sales opportunities.

You'll learn to:

- Develop new business and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customers' operational and technical requirements
- Recommend appropriate industrial weighing solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow opportunities through to completion
