Led by a switched-on Director and supported by experienced project teams, this is a genuinely great business to work for. They have a strong team culture, a steady flow of work and are looking to bring on an additional Estimator as the business continues to grow.

Your new role Working alongside the Director and wider project team, you will be involved in estimating a mix of new-build, refurbishment and fitout projects up to $10m. This is an opportunity for a Junior to Intermediate Estimator to continue developing their skills while taking on more responsibility as they progress.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing estimates and tender submissions across a range of commercial projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Completing take-offs, pricing and subcontractor comparisons.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
- Assisting with tender negotiations and project handovers.





What you'll need to succeed

- Ideally 2+ years' experience in an estimating role within commercial construction.
- Previous experience across retail or QSR projects is essential.
- Some understanding of structural construction and new-build projects.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team.
