Hobson Bay Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced pub environment and are eager to support a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous kitchen hand experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, including both day and night shifts.
- Willingness to assist with general kitchen duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation.
- Keeping kitchen areas organised and well-stocked.
- Following food safety, workplace health, and safety standards.
