What’s the gig?

We’re building our kitchen team at The Mill.

At The Mill, honest food, familiar favourites and good people come together in a busy, up-to-date open kitchen. Quality matters. Teamwork matters. And when service gets moving, everyone pitches in.

Whether you’re an experienced chef, building your career as an apprentice or ready to get started as a kitchen hand, we’d love to hear from you.

For chef-level roles

- Relevant trade qualifications
- Commercial kitchen experience suited to the role
- The ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service periods

Starting out? You don’t need to know everything on day one. For entry-level roles, a great attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn matter most.
