CiS International is national well established Australian telecommunications business with 25 years’ experience delivering designs, project, property and land access services for communications infrastructure projects.

We are seeking a Land Access Administrator to join our team in a part-time or full-time role working-from-home.

The role is primarily accountable for completing property-related research, searches, and documentation for a major telecommunications’ carrier client and related stakeholders with land access requirements. Importantly, the role is also a critical component of the CiS design function, and your role will involve contacting stakeholders and coordinating property access to support project delivery.

Previous land access experience is not essential, but we are looking for someone who as recently qualified in, or who is currently studying for, Cultural and Heritage qualifications, with solid research skills and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include





o Conducting property searches and database research o Leveraging your CH qualifications to meet client requirements o Assisting to identify and communicate with landowners, authorities, and key stakeholders o Assisting issue statutory land access and activity notices o Preparing client reports and documentation o Maintaining stakeholder relationships and responding to enquiries o Maintaining accurate project records and databases o Working with internal teams to support project delivery

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
