R18 000 per month + tiered commission per management

Drive end-to-end business growth for a leading Australian real estate brand while enjoying the flexibility and impact of a high-autonomy, remote role.

You will own the end-to-end relationship building and new client acquisition process, converting prospective property owners and landlords into long-term management agreements. Operating as a strategic pipeline builder while completing fully sponsored Australian property management licensing, you will transition into full closing authority to negotiate terms, win new management, and scale our portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Inbound & Lead Management: Rapidly respond to all inbound property management leads within one hour across online channels, aggregator leads, and direct enquiries.
- Database & Outbound Prospecting: Proactively mine existing databases, past appraisals, lost leads, and unutilized outbound channels to generate warm opportunities.
- Pipeline & Relationship Nurturing: Execute consistent follow-up strategies across 3–12 month sales cycles to position our team as the trusted advisor.
- Appraisals & Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive market appraisals, discuss management fees within agency guidelines, and sign high-margin management agreements upon licensing.
- Sales Collateral & Campaign Creation: Produce high-converting point-of-sale materials, short educational videos, and warm follow-up sequences during non-calling shift windows.
- Client Engagement & Review Campaigns: Engage existing client databases during initial onboarding to generate referrals,



5-star Google reviews (bonus per review), and client feedback.
- Performance Operations & Reporting: Participate in daily team meetings, maintain CRM logs, and submit structured end-of-day reports.

What You Bring

- Experience & Certifications: Minimum 3–5+ years in business development or sales with proven self-closing capability; willingness to complete the funded Australian Property Management Certificate (CPP41419) within 4–6 weeks of starting.
- Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Strong proficiency across CRM platforms (e.g., Eagle, HubSpot), Google Workspace, cloud telephony, workflow management platforms (e.g., Trello) and comfort recording/working with basic video content.
- Background & Domain Expertise: Preferred background in real estate (sales or property management) or robust business development/sales experience from another industry with demonstrable results.
- Technical Translation / Delivery: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a grounded, empathetic, and persuasive conversation style on the phone.
- Working Style: Mature, highly autonomous self-starter with structured follow-through who takes ownership of results and thrives working visibly under transparent KPIs.
