Based in Malaga and reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll take the lead in managing multiple fabrication and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery is secure, efficient, profitable, and of the highest quality. You'll coordinate resources, engage directly with clients, provide technical leadership, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Producing engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings.
- Coordinating fabrication and manufacturing activities to maximise efficiency.
- Providing technical expertise to clients and project stakeholders.
- Managing QA/QC, compliance, and project reporting requirements.




- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentoring and developing engineering team members.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Engineering Degree.
- Experience in Project Engineering within mining process plants.
- Strong project leadership and field management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Inventor and AutoCAD experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
