We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic swim instructor to join our friendly team —

specifically for Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm, with extra hours available during the week.

Our boutique, purpose-built facility features an 18m magnesium pool heated to 32°C. It’s a comfortable, relaxed environment for both students and staff.

From babies to adults — infant and toddler experience including qualification is a requirement for this role.





Key responsibilities

- Conduct swimming lessons for infant, preschool, and primary aged children
- Ensure consistent practises and procedures are adopted with a strong focus upon teaching quality, and excellent customer service
- Evaluate students' progress and complete required skills tracking in a timely manner

About you

- Experience as a learn-to-swim instructor including infant and toddler classes
- Passion for working with children
- Sound knowledge of swimming industry practices, teaching and coaching principles
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current CPR
- Working with children check
- Teacher of Infant Aquatics (required)
- First aid (desirable)
