The Role

- Conduct open homes, private viewings and property inspections
- Manage leasing enquiries and liaise with prospective tenants




- Process rental applications and conduct thorough reference checks
- Support Property Managers with all aspects of the leasing process
- Coordinate inspections and assist with leasing administration
- Build positive relationships with prospective tenants and existing clients
- Assist the property management team with general administrative and ad hoc duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in a Leasing Consultant position is essential
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for real estate
- Eager to develop their skills and progress within the industry
