QBM Lawyers is a busy practice having been established for over 30 years practicing with an emphasis on commercial litigation and commercial law.

The position A growing part of our practice is mortgage and security recovery work involving litigation primarily in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. We are looking for a litigation lawyer with litigation experience in at least one of those states to work with us in those and other general litigation matters.

The attributes that we are looking for

We are looking for a careful and competent lawyer with litigation experience, capable of working autonomously with the support of our partners and our assistants. While we will consider applicants with shorter periods of experience,



we would generally expect candidates to be familiar with the court procedures in at least one of Queensland, Current South Wales, or Victoria. We will provide support and supervision to the extent required.

We are keen to have a lawyer with strong research and communication skills, able to brief Counsel and report to clients in a clear and efficient way.
