Logistics & Procurement Administrator - Aviation Industry

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Procurement Administrator to join a leading aviation charter services organisation at their corporate office in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, supporting procurement, logistics, and finance functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries; follow up on discrepancies
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Raise purchase orders and maintain stock records for full traceability
- Monitor and coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs officials
- Manage and renew technical/operational publications and IT software subscriptions
- Support the logistics team in ensuring purchases are correctly allocated to respective entities
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Handle goods receipts, dispatching,
and freight monitoring
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Procurement or Logistics role (aviation MRO background highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a high-paced environment
- Solid warehouse/logistics experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude
