Our Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Manager, Commercial Finance – CMU to join our team for a 12-month contract; offering broad exposure across Development Finance, and strong business partnering with our Commercial Mixed Use Development teams to drive performance, inform decision-making and support the delivery of our strategy.

In this role you will:

- Partner with Development teams on feasibility, forecasting, financial modelling and transaction structuring.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, providing meaningful commercial insights across projects and the broader portfolio.
- Analyse P&L;, balance sheet,



cash flow and capital performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner across Finance, Investments and FP&A; to deliver accurate, insightful reporting.
- Strengthen financial controls and drive smarter, simpler ways of working.
- Support and develop a collaborative, high-performing finance team.

Your Point of Difference You will be a commercially minded finance professional who brings strong technical capability, sound judgement and a genuine passion for partnering with the business.

You’ll bring

- 8+ years’ finance experience, including 3+ years in property.
- CA, CPA or CFA qualification, or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong commercial finance, financial modelling and technical accounting capability.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills.
- The ability to lead, coach and develop others.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced workplace.
