We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Boost Juice team and help bring our campaigns to life across our store network. From national promotions and campaign reporting to new store openings, you will support a broad range of activities that connect our brand, our stores and our customers.

Reporting to our National Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Marketing team, Creative team, franchise partners and suppliers to keep campaigns organised, track performance and ensure stores have what they need for successful launches. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to build your marketing experience with an iconic Australian brand.

You will be responsible for:

- Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and trading plans across the Boost store network

- Compile weekly performance results and maintain the Marketing Dashboard to support campaign tracking and decision-making

- Lead the coordination of post-campaign analysis,



gathering stakeholder input and working with the Creative team to prepare final presentations for senior leaders

- Develop and distribute internal surveys to gather franchise partner feedback, collating and sharing insights with relevant teams

- Coordinate the production, allocation and distribution of marketing materials to stores

- Source and coordinate print quotes for national campaigns and printed menu boards

- Organise new store kits and digital menu board setup, ensuring materials and content are ready for launch

- Process marketing invoices, track expenditure against approved budgets and support local area marketing chargeback administration

- Maintain accurate store databases and marketing distribution lists

- Prepare and distribute promotional activity updates to shopping centre management contacts

- Support the wider Marketing team with projects and day-to-day tasks as priorities evolve

What we're looking for:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail, whether reviewing campaign results, tracking invoices or coordinating marketing materials




- An analytical mindset and commercial awareness, with confidence working with figures, budgets and reports

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded, but not essential
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment and adapt as priorities change

- Great interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to get involved
- An eagerness to learn, develop and find ways to improve how things are done
