YOUR ROLE, HONESTLY The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on coordination role within JMC’s Customer function, reporting to the Head of Brand & Campaigns.
This position is the engine room of the Brand & Campaigns team. It coordinates the delivery of approved brand and campaign activity across domestic and international markets keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and assets moving from brief to delivery on time, on budget and on brand.
The Head of Brand & Campaigns sets brand and campaign strategy, approves plans, briefs, creative and spend, and leads the team. The Marketing Coordinator turns those approved plans into well-run delivery: preparing and tracking briefs, maintaining the campaign calendar, coordinating production and suppliers, supporting events, and collating the data and reporting the Head uses to make decisions.
The role works daily with the Designer, Copywriter and Social Media Lead as peers within the team, and liaises regularly with CRM, Website, Events, Student Recruitment, Admissions & Onboarding, International and Finance colleagues.
The successful candidate will coordinate six interconnected workstreams: Campaign Coordination & Delivery, Asset Production & Brand Support, Supplier, Print & Merchandise Coordination, Events & Expo Coordination, Reporting & Performance Support, and Team Workflow & Stakeholder Liaison.

- Support post-campaign reviews by collating performance data, documenting learnings and tracking actions.
- Maintain accurate, accessible data and files across team systems.
